We would like to personally invite you to travel with us during our 2011 travel season. We have some great trips planned for the year. Thank you to all of you who have stopped by our office in the mall with ideas and suggestions, as we always welcome input from you as our customers. To help us better serve you, and keep our trips going, we really need everyone's help in trying to meet the sign up deadlines. Unfortunately in the past we have been forced to cancel several trips due to the fact that people wait to sign up and the theaters, hotels, etc. release our reservations. It is our hope that in 2011 we can make each trip a success. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter. Please feel free to stop by our office in the Cleveland Mall anytime Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm for any additional information or to sign up for a tour. Each month we will travel to a “local” destination around the North & South Carolina, or Tennessee area for a live preformance of some type. With such a demand for “day trips”, and the excitement that goes along with great live presentations, a “Monthly Matinee” seemed like a good fit! On each trip we will have a special stops at locations At this time the cost of these daytrips will remain at $79 per person. |

Tour Information Deposits for Day Trips – A deposit of 50% is required for reservation. Remaining balance is due before the deadline listed with each trip. Deposits for Overnights – A deposit of 20% is required for reservation. Remaining balance is due 20 days before departure. Itineraries are mailed out 10-14 days before departure. Due to advance ticket purchases and prior reservations that must be made to secure these trips, we are unable to make exceptions to these policies. Failure to follow these policies could result in loss of deposits, or payments. Payments may be made by mail, in person at our office in the Cleveland Mall, or over the phone with Visa/Mastercard. Driver gratuities are not included in the cost of our tours. NO tobacco or alcohol is permitted on the motor coaches.
